How do I become a Rewards Program member?

You can get a card at any participating Bob Evans restaurant and register your card online by going to www.bobevans.com/rewards and click on the Loyalty Tab.

You may also enroll in the Bob Evans Rewards Program by completing the Registration form found on the www.bobevans.com/rewards website. If you don’t have a card, complete the registration form and we will send you a temporary membership number via email. The next time you visit Bob Evans, bring the email with you and a staff member will exchange it for a physical card.

Businesses, corporations, partnerships, groups and associations and other non-personal organizations are not eligible to participate in this program.

Does it cost anything to become a member?

No, there is no charge for becoming a member of the Bob Evans Rewards Program.

Why do I have to register my card?

Registration allows you to track your account activity, such as your points balance. Registration also allows us to transfer your points to a new card in the event that your card is lost or stolen. Registration is required to redeem rewards and is also needed for account look-up in case you forget your card when you visit. It also allows you to opt-in to receive special offers and promotions by email. When you register your card, you will be asked to provide the card number and registration code from the back of the card, name, address, phone number and e-mail address.

What are the program rewards and how do I earn them?

Every time you make a purchase, you are awarded one point for each dollar you spend on food purchases*. When you have spent $60 and earned 60 points, a $4.00 reward is automatically placed on your card. You may use the reward towards any restaurant purchase. Guests may choose to redeem each $4.00 reward they earn or they may accumulate multiple $4.00 rewards. A minimum purchase of $4.00 is required in order to redeem each $4.00 reward.

From time to time, we may also provide special rewards to program members. These special rewards will have expiration dates and limitations that will be communicated to you in an email confirmation.

Points are awarded at the time of purchase for orders that are paid in full at the time the purchase is made. Purchases billed to businesses, corporations, partnerships, groups and associations and other non-personal organizations are not awarded rewards points.

*Note: points are not awarded for non-food items such as taxes. Points are also not awarded on purchases made using rewards dollars or on the purchase of gift cards.

Is there anything I don’t earn points for?

You don’t earn points for some items, such as taxes, delivery charges, items paid for with your rewards dollars or for the purchase of gift cards.

What happens if I don’t have my card when I visit?

After you have registered your card at www.bobevans.com, you will simply tell the cashier the phone number you used to register and they will be able to look up your account.

Can my friends and I earn points on our cards for what each ordered on the same check?

No, only 1 card per check can be awarded points. However, you can ask for your check to be split and each card will be awarded points for the amount each of you paid towards the total check.

What happens if I lose my card?

If you have lost your card you can get a replacement card during your next visit to Bob Evans. Tell a Staff Member you have lost your card and would like to have a new card issued. A Staff Member can help you get a replacement card by informing the restaurant manager who can transfer your account information (including points earned) to your new card. It is important to note that you can only replace a lost card that has been registered.

Will my points expire if I don’t use them right away?

Points only expire after 180 days of inactivity on your account.

I had a special reward on my card and it disappeared before I could use it. What happened?

We’re sorry you didn’t get to enjoy your reward. Some of our rewards are special offers that are only available for a limited time so it is important to review the offer carefully when you receive it so you can make sure you redeem during the specified time. Please note that we specify the redemption guidelines at the time rewards are made so please check the offer details next time you receive a special reward or offer.

How do I know how many points I have earned?

You may go online to www.bobevans.com/rewards and click on the Loyalty Tab. When you land on the Rewards Page, select the Login button if you are registered. Enter your user name and password and your account information will appear. If your card has not been registered, select the Register button and follow instructions for registering your card. Once you have registered, you can check your account balance by selecting the “Account Balance” link. You can also review your transaction history by selecting the “Transaction History” link.

Do I earn points for buying a Gift Card?

No, you do not earn points for purchasing gift cards. Please note: if the recipient of your gift card is a program member they will earn points when they use their gift card to make a purchase.

Who should I contact if I have problems with my card?

Where can I find my card number and registration code?

Both can be found on the back of your Bob Evans Rewards Card. The card number is the 16-digit number and the registration code is the 6-digit number.

I received a virtual card online, how to I get a physical card?

To receive your official rewards card, and start earning rewards points, please follow these easy steps:

  • Bring your virtual card number (the one you received via email) to a participating Bob Evans restaurant and give it to your cashier at the time of payment.
  • The staff member will activate a card for you.

If you registered online and do not remember your virtual number, please log in to your rewards account to get your number.

After I register, what do you do with my information?

We use this information to send you emails on special offers and promotions that we think will be of interest to you. We also use it to send updates on changes to the program and to keep you apprised of your account activity. Your phone number is necessary to look up your account in case you leave your card at home. Please note that we will never share your information with a third party, except when necessary for specific services such as a sweepstakes entry.

Can I use my rewards card at all Bob Evans restaurants?

Bob Evans Rewards cards are valid only at participating locations in the Dayton, Ohio area.. Please check on www.bobevans.com/rewards with the restaurant you plan on visiting to determine if they are offering the program.
